I found vauxcentre online while searching for a door lock for my Dads van that the cable had snapped on. While searching the part number of the lock this is one of the 1st places to show and also had the lock at a great price. I work in the motor trade and even my own parts hub couldn’t match this or anyone else locally. Ordered just before 2pm and got it delivered the next day. Brand new part and packaged really well. Did take long to fit and all in working order. Really happy with the service and will be checking for more parts from here whenever needed.

Really easy to find the van part I was looking for. A replacement reverse light panel part. A really great price and super fast delivery. The light box even had a new bulb in it. Ordered a inlet manifold off Vauxcentre, for my Insignia, delivery was next day, DPD however left the parcel in a unauthorised location which caused horrendous confusion on my part, (I MUST STRESS the error was DPD’s NOT Vauxcentre) reported to Vauxcentre that dealt with my complaint, promptly and professionally, kept me updated with DPD’s responses. The moment I found the parcel the communication between Vauxcentre and me was polite and professional with some good banter, which is me to a T. What ever parts I need going forward for the Insig, I will be checking if these guys stock and sell it, I truly can’t not recommended the service I received from order to completion, including DPD’s spanner in the works, highly enough.
