Returns Policy

At VAUXCENTRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully.

Return Period

If you purchase an item online, by phone, or by mail order, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How it works:

  • You have 14 days from the day after you receive your item to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.

  • After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

If you do not notify us within the first 14 days, the statutory right to cancel does not apply.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Programmable electrical parts (e.g., ECUs, Body Control Modules, Instrument Clusters, CIM Modules, Fuse Boxes) are non-returnable and exempt from refunds or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • ECU units

  • Body Control Modules

  • Instrument Clusters

  • CIM Modules

  • Fuse Boxes
    (Any programmable electrical parts)

Return Process

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • To complete your return, include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Items returned damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • We recommend including a brief note with your order number, name, and reason for return to help us process your request faster.

  • If you are returning an item that you believe is faulty, we will only issue a replacement part under warranty. Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you return a part that you no longer require, a £5 deduction will be made from your refund to cover original shipping and handling costs.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as refunds may take some time to process.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.

  • If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to them, and they will be notified of your return.
