We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the UK Mainland!
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two to three days after dispatch.
*We offer Express Delivery for an extra charge which will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it on a next day courier if ordered before 2pm.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Delays due to circumstances outside the control Vauxcentre Ltd shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel or refuse delivery.
When taking receipt of the goods from the courier and the packaging is damaged please state “ Damaged” when signing as failure to do this will mean that you have received the item in good condition, if the contents are damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
