Free Standard Delivery
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the UK Mainland!

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday–Friday).

Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Express Delivery
Need your parts sooner? We offer an Express Delivery service for an additional charge of £6.50.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery is via a next-working-day courier service.

Please note: Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next working day, as couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer either a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: VAUXCENTRE LTD is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions or extreme weather).
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives with visible damage, please sign for the delivery as "Damaged". Failing to do so may affect our ability to claim from the courier or offer a replacement.

For the following postcodes, please contact us before placing your order to obtain a custom shipping quote:
AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE
Delivery to these areas usually takes 3–4 working days.
